My dissertation. I used a novel machine learning based approach to classify normal vs abnormal action potentials in ventricular myocytes (heart cells). SHAP values were used to rank the importance of ion conductances in making predictions
About me
I have an MSc in Applied Data Science and Statistics and a passion for machine learning, continuous learning and building models that translate data into business insights and recommendations. I'm also a problem solver with experience in exploratory analysis, machine learning, statistical modelling and stakeholder management. I'm often praised for my ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and I'm eager to start my first role as a data scientist.
